Atlanta Hawks game tickets and schedule
Ticketmaster is the official ticketing partner of the NBA. Ticketmaster provides the transactional engine that most of the NBA teams utilize. NBATickets.com provides links to Ticketmaster for each team that utilizes Ticketmaster, and to the respective primary ticketing partner for each team not utilizing Ticketmaster.
NBATickets.com is the NBA’s one-stop shop for all ticket types for all NBA teams. Fans can link out to buy single game tickets directly from the team, browse resale options, or view more options on team ticket pages, including promotions and deals.
NBATickets.com is not a transactional site – it is a hub that links to the official team ticketing options for each team. Following out-bound links to NBA team sites insures they are official, safe and secure. Your tickets will be issued directly from the team. When you buy directly from the team, there is no risk of duplicate or fraudulent tickets. “Buy from team” means just that – you’ll be purchasing tickets directly from the team via the team’s ticketing software platform (each team works with its own chosen ticketing partner).
Additionally, other viable outlets for ticket sales are available. Additionally, NBA schedule, specific team schedule, and playoff tickets are provided by third party ticket outlets. Can we lose a game?
submitted by /u/LowCurrency758 [link] [comments]
First game of the season and the “experts” in here think it’s the end of the world. We looked bad last night. Nobody is going to win a game where you get bullied for 48 minutes. Dyson literally couldn’t touch a person without it being a foul. Zacc turned his Ankle while we were on a run and he didn’t come back the same. Trae was getting blitzed from every angle(pushed on multiple occasions). It was a 💩 game. We find the positives and move on.
PSA: WE PLAY 82 GAMES‼️‼️‼️

Defensive rotations on 3’s
submitted by /u/No_Cloud745 [link] [comments]
I think this topic is the most underrated biggest issue I’ve seen from the hawks since damn near 2020. This emphasis to exaggerate help/rotation is mind boggling. I understand we got Trae but even without him on the court this has been an issue. Once we shift we look like amateur hour and the teams just keep passing until they get the open 3. We give up sooo many 3 attempts. This been going on for years. I don’t get it.

Good thing our players don't gamble
submitted by /u/kanecoinc [link] [comments]
Surviving this scandal unscathed is a solid win after a complete loss. Pretty insane to think about what they are doing and the US attorney said that some Toronto players are involved also so maybe they had the overs last night and got lots of help from the Hawks.

The offense was terrible in game 1
submitted by /u/BlackAndWhiteHorse_ [link] [comments]
I see the misconception that point total means good offense. Yeah our defense was bottom tier but so was the offense
After one game we don’t even crack the top 25 offensive ratings in the NBA according to StatMuse.
Yeah we scored a lot of points but I bet that’s due to the pace we played. We were not running good offense out there. Especially not with the talent we have. It was one game but we were one of the worst offenses across the nba on opening night.

The last five teams are behind a paywall on this list lol. But we are in the bottom five. So what are your thoughts on how the offense should be run?
Edit: also the raptors are in the top five offensive ratings after one game because of our defense 😂 it was a bad game all around

A few non-Hawks-played-like-poo-poo issues I had with the game last night
submitted by /u/lilb1190 [link] [comments]
Yes, the Hawks were bad last night, but there were a few other things I didnt like about the game last night that werent related to basketba..
The new scoreboards. For the last few years, they would show the box score with a picture of each player. When one would sub in/out, they would show a little animation of them leaving and the new guy taking their place. They also would show the player on fire when they were hitting shots. Now its just a sterile box score with no personality. It also makes it harder to know who the players on the other team are without the pics.
They gave away free shirts last night, but almost every shirt in the upper level was a small. I had some cheap seats and the section I was sitting in was full. Everyone was up there looking for at least a medium, but it was nothing but smalls. How did they decide to lay out nothing but small shirts in that section? I just assume someone was lazy.
They didnt do the t-shirt cannon until there was like 5 minutes left in the game. A lot of people had already left. If the Hawks are down 28 at the start of the 4th, just give people the t-shirts. Give them a reason to be excited.
Not State Farm Arena's fault, but the CNN center is closed for renovations. The image they show of what it will look like seems to be a lot more boogie than the old CNN center food court. I used to go there to get a few beers and something to eat before the game, but based on the images I think its going to be a lot more expensive.
No cow parachutes. No idea why. Maybe they just stopped doing that?
Quavo was very hard to hear, but his DJ was loud as shit.
Concession prices are out of control. Didnt notice it before because I used to go to CNN anyway, but I just went to Mcdonalds on the way home.
Its been a while, but I miss the time when they did that cool 3d effect on the court when they introduced the players. They made it look like the ground was shaking and moving. Thats been gone for a while, but its another thing that gave us some character.
These are all nitpicks, but I dont like seeing changes for the worse. Why fix what isnt broken?

Hawks past 3 years experience

Really I think we’ll be alright. Raptors might be decent this year but still that was a embarrassing loss for a team finally gaining some hype.

Looking at tonight’s game beyond the on-court product: some notes
submitted by /u/dangheckinpupperino [link] [comments]
It’s clear Quin wants to employ a different style that isn’t just Trae PnR. He may be willing to sacrifice games to change the style, which we saw him do when he first got here. Wasn’t coaching to win, but coaching to establish the new order.
Toronto was a jackhammer against a team like us who’s still trying to get acclimated and find their new identity. Toronto has no qualms about who they are: play extremely hard defense and spam 10-15ft shots that the defense will give you. Ingram may just a top 5 guy in those spots, so it’ll work for them a lot of nights. Their interior passing was really nice, too.
But as for us, Zacch was looking like a new man before he turned his ankle. Was 7-8 from the field before the ankle sprain, finished the game 0-5 after. Dyson couldn’t stay on the floor and never caught a rhythm. Nights like this are where we miss Caris, who likely would’ve been here along with NAW.
Not sure if Quin can afford to not coach every game to win, even if it’s early. It may be in his best interest to let JJ be the primary ball handler if teams want to all out deny Trae.
That kind of points to the future of the league, there aren’t 6’1 guards being drafted in the lottery anymore.
Trae made it because he’s one of a million in terms of overall skill, but it still presents deficiencies. Quickley couldn’t buy a bucket until they just put Trae in isolation against him. Missed some gimmies at the rim, I don’t think he realized how open he was. Spacing is better now, he can’t blame Capela for these anymore.
JJ and big shooters with another tall shot creator on the floor is probably better than Trae with the current roster long term, if tonight is any indication of JJs trajectory.
The Magic will be a good test for JJ, as they are similar to the Raptors who have a lot of size and rely on defense and physicality. If he plays well against them as well, and Trae struggles with their size yet again, I think it will be telling for the season.
We will miss Zacch if he misses time. Big time.
