  Minter, 42, got his start as an NFL assistant coach with the Ravens, spending four seasons in several defensive roles between 2017 and 2020.
• Reports: Chargers expected to hire Mike McDaniel as offensive coordinator
  McDaniel who was 35-33 in four seasons as the Miami Dolphins’ head coach, replaces Greg Roman, who was fired last week. McDaniel seems to fit their goal of hiring someone to be their “offensive head coach.”
• Chargers need ‘fresh start to stimulate new direction,’ Jim Harbaugh says
