Ive only been playing for a month or two. This guy pops up on my nightly route walk and i use at least 50 balls with all my golden razz.

I assume it glitched out because it wouldnt flee or catch after that many throws? I hear you usually get one throw, maybe two or three if youre lucky. Did i just get the worlds craziest losing streak or do you think maybe it glitched out?

My only frame of reference is an articuno that ghosted after one ball, so this felt super broken.

Today, I hit level 80. I started the game as an OG in 2016. Then quickly faded. For some reason, I started up again October 12 2024. With a new account. Since that day, I’ve been playing and playing very hard. I’ve had maybe a total of 10-15 days where I haven’t played during this time. It’s been a ton of fun. I’ve spent my fair share too between an auto catcher early, g max raids and big events. Never the less, my goal has been achieved. I won’t completely quit. But it’s now officially a passive game plan going forward. Thank you to the great community. It’s been fun.

I just got on the game for the first time in almost 5 years. Caught a zapdos and an articuno within 5 minutes of eachother. And caught the other articuno a few days ago. But I’ve only been on 3 times in the past week.

The Internet is saying these are rarer than shinies? Is that true?

I recently came across these tools to calculate the CP for pokemon’s in Pokemon GO. I found these tools to be most accurate and updated with latest pokemon.

Evolution calculator gives you CP of evolutions of your pokemon and CP Calculator gives you the HP and CP of any pokemon you enter based on it’s IVs. I think both tools are useful to calculate the CP for any pokemon’s evolution.

Playing this as a kid, I always thought that there is like just a couple of patterns to collect all Spinda. Now on my 30s and just playing it again as I have just recently discovered the wonders of retro-handhelds (I know, I live in a cave) and have just searched that there are actually roughly 4.3 billion possible Spinda variations. That being said, it is possible that the exact shiny spinda variation that I caught has never been caught before, am I right?
