1 1/2 oz. vodka, 1/4 oz. coffee liqueur |
Bloody Mary
1 jigger vodka, 2 jiggers tomato juice, 1/3 jigger lemon juice, Worcestershire or tabasco sauce |
Brandy Alexander
1 jigger brandy, 1/2 jigger creme de cacao, 1/2 jigger cream. Also gin or rum Alexander. |
Brown Cow
1 1/2 oz. kahlua, cream to fill. |
Caesar
1 1/2 oz. vodka, clamato juice, tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. |
Daiquiri
1 jigger white rum, juice of 1/2lemon or lime, powdered sugar. |
Gin & Tonic
1 jigger dry gin, rind and juice of 1/2 lime or lemon. Fill with tonic water. |
| Grasshopper
1/2 jigger creme de menthe, 1/2jigger creme de cacao, 3/4 oz. cream. |
Manhattan
1/2 jigger vermouth, 1 jigger rye or bourbon, dash of bitters. Add a cherry. |
Margarita
1 1/2 oz. tequila, 1/2 oz. triple sec, 1 oz. lime or lemon juice, in a salt rimmed glass. |
Martini
1/4 jigger dry vermouth, 1 jigger dry gin. Add an olive or lemon twist. |
Old Fashioned
1 lump of sugar, dash of bitters, splash of soda, 1 jigger of rye or bourbon. Add a cherry or orange slice. |
Pina Colada
1 1/2 oz. rum, 1 oz. tropical juices, 1 oz. coconut milk or flavouring. |
Pink Lady
1 jigger gin, 1 oz. cream or egg white, dash of grenadine, dash of lemon juice. |

1 jigger Jamaican rum, 1 oz. lemon or lime juice, 1 tsp. sugar, top with orange, lemon, cherry. |
Rum Cocktail
1 jigger white rum, 1/2 oz. lemon or lime juice 1/2 tsp. sugar. |
Rum Cola
(Cuba Libre.) 1 jigger dark rum, juice of 1/2lime. Fill with cola. |
Rusty Nail
1 oz. scotch, 1/2oz. drambule, lemon peel. Served on the rocks. |
Scarlet O'Hara
2 parts southern comfort, 3 parts lemon juice, dash of grenadine, top with soda. |
Screw Driver
1 jigger vodka, fill with orange juice. |
Sling
1 jigger gin, 1/2 oz. brandy, 1/2 oz. grenadine or benedictine, 1 oz. lemon juice. Top with soda. |

2 parts brandy, 1 part white creme de menthe. |
Tequila Sunrise
1 1/2 oz. tequila, 3/4 oz. grenadine. Fill with orange juice. |
Tom Collins
1 jigger gin, 1 tsp. powdered sugar, 1/4 jigger lemon juice, soda to fill. Add orange and cherry. |
Velvet Hammer
1/2 oz. brandy, 1 oz. creme de cacao, 4 ozs. cream. |
Wallbanger
1 jigger vodka, 1 jigger galliano, fill with orange juice. |
Whiskey Sour
1 jigger rye or bourbon, 1/2jigger lemon juice, 1 tsp. powdered sugar. Top with fruit slices and cherry. |
Zombie
1 jigger rum, 1 oz. grenadine, 1/4 oz. cherry or apricot brandy, pineapple, lime and orange juices, 1 tsp. powdered sugar. Top with 1/2 jigger light rum. |
